What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer at Paddle, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our new billing platform. You will design, build, and maintain high-throughput systems that power core billing capabilities, ensuring they are reliable and efficient. You will take ownership of features from initial design through to production, monitoring, and ongoing improvement. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with multiple teams to discover new features and plan their implementation, contributing your technical expertise to shape the future of our billing platform. You will ensure that systems are built with correctness and precision, and you will architect solutions that scale with growing transaction volumes and customers. You will also be involved in writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, and you will participate in code reviews to uphold quality standards across the team.
