What you'll do

As a Software Engineer at Paddle, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing our billing platform. You will independently deliver on milestones that may span across multiple systems within Billing, ensuring that changes are made with care and precision. You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to create world-class experiences for our customers. Your contributions will directly impact the reliability and security of our systems, which are designed to handle financial data.

You will be responsible for writing clear and well-tested code that adheres to team standards. You will participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring that best practices are followed. You will also engage in discussions about system architecture, contributing your insights to improve the overall design and functionality of our platform.

In addition to coding, you will have the opportunity to discover new features and plan their implementation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements. Your role will involve continuous learning and adaptation, as you stay updated on industry trends and technologies that can enhance our offerings.
