Your experience includes hiring exceptional designers and leading projects that have made a significant impact on users.
What you'll do
As the Head of Design at Padlet, you will lead the design of new products, features, and marketing assets, ensuring that they align with the company's vision of inspiring curiosity and creativity in education. You will mentor and coach a talented design team, helping them develop their skills and grow in their careers. Additionally, you will be responsible for hiring more designers as needed to support the team's growth and the company's mission to put Padlet in the hands of a billion people.
