What you'll do

In this role, you will report directly to Asana’s Head of Product and lead the design and research teams. You will set a vision for the organization that aligns with Asana's mission to help humanity thrive by enabling the world’s teams to work together effortlessly. You will create valuable customer experiences that propel the company forward. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that design excellence is maintained across all products. You will also be responsible for growing leaders within the design team and fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of teamwork through innovative design solutions.
