Product Manager • Mid-Level

Who you are

You have experience working with or for school systems and understand how they buy and use software. You are comfortable juggling ambiguous requirements and shifting priorities, and you possess strong opinions that help guide product direction. Your background may include experience as a former educator or teacher, which gives you unique insights into the needs of schools. You are honest and dedicated, willing to work hard to achieve the best outcomes for students and educators alike.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with our sales and support teams to understand the needs of school and district administrators. You will define and ship features that make it easier for schools to adopt and manage Padlet at scale. Partnering with engineering, design, and customer success, you will build intuitive administrative tools that drive adoption and retention. You will champion the voice of schools inside the company, ensuring that their needs are met in our product development. Your responsibilities will include building tools that help schools manage rosters, licenses, integrations, and compliance, enabling school leaders to see the value Padlet brings to their teachers and students. Ultimately, you will help make Padlet the default classroom collaboration tool from kindergarten to college.
