What you'll do

In this role, you will define the AI Office Product Paradigm by designing human-AI collaboration models and experiences for professional working scenarios. You will build a product flywheel that creates a data-driven "capture-extract-utilize" intelligent evolution loop, ensuring that the products evolve based on user feedback and data insights. You will plan the product capability system by integrating Knowledge Base, Workspace, and Agent modules to build a robust product architecture.

Managing product pace and resources will be a key responsibility, as you develop roadmaps, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure timely product delivery and experience. You will lead the global product experience by defining the AI assistant's global language style and interaction for multi-language markets, including the US and Europe. Your role will also involve driving AI capability productization, partnering with algorithm teams to enhance knowledge augmentation and user feedback learning.
