Desirable

Experience with cloud services like AWS and familiarity with database management systems such as PostgreSQL will set you apart. If you have worked in international teams or have experience in remote work, that will be an added advantage. What you'll do

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at PadSplit, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend components. You will collaborate closely with your Pod of engineers to enhance product development efficiency. Your role will involve designing and implementing scalable solutions that meet user needs while maintaining high standards of quality.

You will participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to your peers and mentoring junior engineers. Your expertise in JavaScript and React will be crucial as you develop user-facing features and optimize application performance. Additionally, you will work with Django to build robust backend services that support the frontend applications.

Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you tackle challenges that arise during the development process. You will be expected to communicate effectively with your team and stakeholders, ensuring that everyone is aligned on project goals and timelines. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the product and the satisfaction of its users.
