What you'll do

As a Capital Strategy Associate at Pagaya, you will support the Chief Strategy Officer in optimizing funding structures and evaluating capital deployment opportunities. You will analyze various asset classes, including personal loans, indirect auto, and point-of-sale financing, to identify strategic opportunities for growth. Your role will involve conducting financial analysis to assess the viability of different funding options and contribute to the development of innovative financial solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that capital strategies align with the company's overall objectives.
