Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field, and at least 2 years of professional experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or corporate development. Your analytical skills are strong, allowing you to lead both quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate business opportunities and operational changes. You are adept at building financial models and forecasts that support decision-making processes, and you excel in creating clear, executive-level presentations for senior leadership.
You possess excellent project management skills, enabling you to manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables effectively. You have experience facilitating cross-functional working sessions, surfacing risks, and driving alignment among stakeholders. Your research skills are top-notch, allowing you to conduct market, competitive, and industry research that informs strategic recommendations. You are also skilled at identifying operational inefficiencies and developing implementable solutions with measurable outcomes.
Desirable
Experience in due diligence, readiness assessments, and implementation planning for new business launches and special projects is a plus. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering results.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the development and execution of firm-level strategic initiatives by coordinating workstreams and tracking progress. You will lead quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate business opportunities, investments, and operational changes. Building financial models and forecasts to assess potential outcomes will be a key part of your responsibilities, as will creating clear, executive-level presentations and materials for senior leadership and working groups.
You will manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure initiative milestones are met. Facilitating cross-functional working sessions will be essential, as you will need to surface risks and drive alignment among stakeholders. What we offer
Point72 offers a competitive salary range of $160,000-$175,000, which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can contribute to high-impact strategic initiatives and collaborate with senior leadership.
