What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Product Officer, influencing the product roadmap and driving initiatives that scale Pagaya’s platform. You will lead cross-product initiatives that enhance the value of personal loans, auto finance, and point-of-sale lending. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with executives to align product strategies with business goals, conducting market research to identify opportunities for innovation, and defining success metrics for product initiatives. You will also be responsible for stakeholder management, ensuring that all teams are aligned and informed throughout the product development process. Your role will require you to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform product strategy and execution.
