Who you are
You have extensive experience in compensation strategy and program management, ideally with a focus on global compensation programs. You have a proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally with HR Business Partners and business leaders to design and implement effective compensation solutions. You are adept at analyzing compensation data and trends to ensure competitive positioning and alignment with business goals. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to convey complex compensation concepts clearly to various stakeholders. You are detail-oriented and have a strong analytical mindset, allowing you to identify opportunities for improvement in compensation processes and programs. You are committed to building equitable compensation structures that support diversity and inclusion within the organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner closely with the Director of Global Compensation to design, implement, and evaluate PagerDuty's global compensation programs. You will be responsible for refining existing compensation structures and processes to better attract and retain key talent. You will analyze market data and trends to ensure that compensation offerings are competitive and aligned with the company's strategic goals. You will collaborate with HR Business Partners to provide guidance on compensation-related matters and support them in addressing employee inquiries. You will lead initiatives to improve service delivery models and automate compensation processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability. You will also participate in cross-functional projects that impact compensation strategy and execution, working closely with finance and operations teams to align compensation with business objectives. You will be empowered to identify opportunities for innovation in compensation practices and contribute to building a more equitable workplace.
