PandaDoc is seeking a Mid-Level Account Manager to manage strategic client portfolios across the APAC region. You'll focus on value-based selling and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a globally-minded individual who thrives in a remote work environment.

Who you are
You are a highly motivated and globally-minded Account Manager with experience managing strategic client portfolios. You thrive in an asynchronous, remote work environment and are prepared to shift your core working hours to ensure essential daily overlap with clients in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. You excel in building strong relationships with department heads and key stakeholders, focusing on value-based selling to drive growth.
You have a proven track record in growth and revenue generation, consistently exceeding monthly Net Dollar Retention (NDR) targets through strategic account management. You understand the importance of customer success and retention, partnering closely with Customer Success teams to ensure exceptional customer adoption and proactively addressing their needs.
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are adept at identifying opportunities for growth within your clients' organizations. You minimize customer churn by consistently delivering value and building strong relationships, ensuring that your clients feel supported and engaged.
Desirable
Experience in managing accounts across different segments, from SMB to Enterprise, is a plus. Familiarity with tools and methodologies that enhance customer success and retention strategies will be beneficial.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own a critical, high-growth territory while being fully remote. You will drive significant revenue growth within your assigned Commercial portfolio by consistently exceeding monthly Net Dollar Retention (NDR) targets. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to develop close relationships with your customers, ensuring that you understand their needs and can identify opportunities for expansion.
You will partner closely with the Customer Success team to ensure exceptional customer adoption and proactively address any needs that arise. Your focus will be on minimizing customer churn and maximizing retention by consistently delivering value and building strong relationships with your clients.
You will be responsible for developing strategies that align with the company's goals while ensuring that your clients receive the highest level of service. You will also engage in regular communication with your clients to understand their evolving needs and provide solutions that drive their success.
