Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience as a data analyst, particularly in a SaaS environment, where you've honed your skills in turning complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. Your expertise in SQL is complemented by your ability to build and maintain data models and datasets in modern analytics environments like Snowflake and dbt. You understand the importance of data quality and integrity, and you have a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.

You are proficient in creating BI dashboards using tools such as Looker, Tableau, and Power BI, providing real-time visibility into performance metrics for various teams. Your analytical skills allow you to perform deep-dive analyses that support strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, and product launches. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with product managers, sales leadership, and executives to define metrics and uncover revenue opportunities.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the analytics process from end-to-end, starting with SQL queries and data modeling to dashboard delivery and executive presentations. You will monitor and ensure the accuracy of key SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, and LTV:CAC, performing root cause analyses to maintain data integrity. You will build and maintain SQL-based datasets and data models to support self-service and automated reporting, streamlining reporting processes and standardizing metric definitions across the company.

You will develop and maintain BI dashboards that provide insights into performance and system health for go-to-market and product teams. Your role will involve collaborating directly with various stakeholders to define metrics and track leading indicators, ensuring that data-driven decisions are made effectively. You will also conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and pricing decisions, continuously seeking ways to improve reporting processes and automate workflows.
