You have 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, preferably with a focus on TMT or SaaS coverage — you've developed a strong understanding of financial modeling and analysis in high-growth environments. Your exposure to SaaS business dynamics equips you with the insights needed to drive revenue forecasting and planning effectively.

You are detail-oriented and analytical, capable of building and maintaining bottoms-up revenue forecasting models for Enterprise bookings, churn, and expansion. Your ability to develop clear variance analysis reports for GTM leadership and Finance demonstrates your strong communication skills and your knack for translating complex data into actionable insights.

You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering closely with RevOps and Sales Strategy to ensure that bookings, pipeline, and headcount assumptions align with forecasts. Your experience in contributing analyses for executive and board-level reviews emphasizes your capability to handle high-stakes financial discussions.

You are proactive in documenting and improving repeatable processes that can scale beyond a single person, showcasing your commitment to operational excellence. Your familiarity with automated analytics and dashboard production allows you to provide real-time visibility into key Enterprise topline metrics.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build and maintain bottoms-up revenue forecasting models that are critical for the success of Airtable's Enterprise business. You will develop monthly and quarterly reporting packages that include variance analysis for GTM leadership and Finance, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of financial performance.

You will support the annual planning cycle by owning revenue-related inputs and scenario modeling for Enterprise GTM, which will require you to work closely with various teams to align on key assumptions. Your contributions will be vital for executive and board-level reviews, where you will emphasize topline performance and provide insights that drive strategic decisions.

You will partner with RevOps and Sales Strategy to ensure that all forecasts are accurate and reflect the current market conditions. This collaboration will be essential in maintaining alignment across teams and ensuring that all financial projections are realistic and achievable.

Your role will also involve producing dashboards and automated analytics that provide real-time visibility into key Enterprise topline metrics, allowing the team to make informed decisions quickly. You will document and improve processes to ensure that they are scalable and efficient, contributing to the overall success of the finance team.
