You have a strong background in mobile development, particularly with React Native, and have successfully delivered high-quality applications that meet both functional and non-functional requirements. Your experience includes tackling complex mobile challenges and building scalable applications that enhance user experience. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product, design, and infrastructure teams to implement features from design to rollout. You understand the importance of system reliability and continuously seek to improve mobile engineering practices.

You are comfortable with the full mobile development lifecycle, from ideation through to deployment, and have a keen eye for detail when it comes to performance and scalability. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams ensures that you can translate technical requirements into actionable tasks. You are also open to visiting the company's offices in Warsaw, Lisbon, or Kyiv to connect with colleagues in person, fostering a sense of community within a remote work environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, production-ready mobile features that align with the company's goals. You will implement features end-to-end, ensuring they meet both functional and non-functional requirements. Collaborating closely with product and design teams, you will contribute to the core mobile app architecture, tackling complex challenges and enhancing the overall user experience. You will also play a key role in ensuring system reliability and performance, continuously improving mobile engineering practices to meet the evolving needs of customers.

Your responsibilities will include designing and developing new features, optimizing existing functionalities, and troubleshooting any issues that arise in the mobile application. You will work with a diverse team of engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of learning and growth.
