You have 5+ years of experience in product analysis, where you've developed a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Your expertise in SQL allows you to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively, ensuring that your recommendations are data-driven and impactful. You are comfortable working in ambiguous environments and can navigate through uncertainty to provide clarity and direction for product teams. Your experience with A/B testing has equipped you with the skills to design experiments that measure the success of product changes, ensuring that decisions are based on solid evidence rather than assumptions. You are proficient in using BI tools like Tableau and Looker to create dashboards and visualizations that communicate key metrics and trends to stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with cross-functional teams to align data insights with product strategies.

Desirable

Experience with product management methodologies and familiarity with agile frameworks would be beneficial. A background in user experience research or design can enhance your ability to provide insights that resonate with both users and product teams. Familiarity with additional analytical tools or programming languages such as Python or R would be a plus, enabling you to expand your analytical capabilities further.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Analyst at PandaDoc, you will be a critical analytical partner, collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to drive data-informed decisions within your product domain. You will execute complex analytical deep dives on key product areas such as adoption, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization, uncovering root causes and identifying opportunities for improvement. Your role will involve designing and implementing experiments, including A/B tests, to measure the impact of product changes and communicate findings to stakeholders effectively. You will proactively monitor product KPIs and health metrics, developing dashboards and reports that enable product teams to track their performance independently. Your insights will influence strategic product direction, ensuring alignment between data insights and iterative product decisions. You will report to the Director of Product Data and act as a reliable thought partner to your cross-functional product team, fostering a culture of data advocacy and influence.
