Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product analysis, demonstrating a strong ability to execute complex analytical deep dives on key product areas such as adoption, activation, engagement, retention, or monetization. Your analytical rigor allows you to uncover root causes and identify opportunities, translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations for product teams. You are proficient in SQL and have experience with BI tools like Tableau and Looker, enabling you to develop dashboards and reports that empower product teams to monitor their health metrics independently.

You are a collaborative partner who thrives in cross-functional environments, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to influence strategic product direction. Your experience in designing experiments, such as A/B tests, and defining success metrics ensures that you can communicate the true impact and causality of product changes to stakeholders. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and can advocate for data-driven decision-making within your team.

Desirable

Experience with Python is a plus, as it enhances your ability to perform data analysis and automate reporting processes. Familiarity with additional BI tools or data visualization techniques will further strengthen your contributions to the team.

What you'll do
