Who you are
You have 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of building and shipping successful products. You are adept at learning new contexts and problem-solving, which allows you to navigate complex product landscapes effectively. Your experience includes defining product strategy and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to identify and validate customer pain points and market gaps through discovery and competitive research. You are comfortable measuring success through KPIs and metrics, ensuring continuous learning and improvement in your product area.
Desirable
Experience with APIs and embedded solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with AI and agentic approaches in product development. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at influencing hiring decisions and scaling product teams as the organization grows.
What you'll do
In this role, you will define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a key product area within PandaDoc's Embedded Agreements group. You will partner with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver solutions that solve meaningful customer problems and drive adoption. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, testing hypotheses, and validating product-market fit to expand the product's footprint. You will also define and measure success through KPIs and metrics, ensuring that the product evolves based on user feedback and market demands. As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of PandaDoc's Public API and its integration into customer workflows.
