You have a strong background in HR operations, particularly in managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding. Your experience includes handling employee relations issues across multiple markets, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex HR landscapes effectively. You are adept at collaborating with global HR teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and practices. Your operational excellence is complemented by a strategic mindset, allowing you to balance day-to-day HR functions with long-term people strategies. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers alike. You are committed to delivering a high-quality, compliant, and consistent employee experience across the EMEA region.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage end-to-end talent acquisition for the EMEA region, partnering with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and source top talent. You will oversee the complete hiring process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring teams. Your responsibilities will also include addressing employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers. You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and the US HR team to align on best practices and ensure compliance with local regulations. Your expertise in HR systems and data administration will be crucial in maintaining operational excellence. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting the organization's growth through effective people practices.
