You have a proven track record in HR management, ideally with experience in a global or regional role β€” you understand the complexities of managing HR operations across diverse cultures and regulatory environments. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to partner effectively with senior leadership and influence decision-making processes. You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering precise and compliant HR operations that support the employee life-cycle.

You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable leading a distributed team β€” you understand the importance of fostering collaboration and engagement among team members who may be located in different countries. Your experience in building scalable HR functions will be invaluable as Canonical continues to grow and evolve. Desirable

What you'll do

As the Regional HR Manager for EMEA, you will lead and scale Canonical’s HR team, ensuring that HR operations are efficient and compliant across the region. You will advise and execute on HR issues throughout the employee life-cycle, from recruitment to performance management and employee engagement. Partnering with senior leadership, you will help shape HR strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.

You will be responsible for analyzing HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in HR practices. Your role will involve developing and implementing HR policies and programs that support employee development and retention.
