What you'll do

As the Regional HR Manager for EMEA, you will lead and scale Canonical’s HR team, ensuring that HR operations are efficient and compliant across the region. You will advise and execute on HR issues throughout the employee life-cycle, from recruitment to performance management and employee engagement. Partnering with senior leadership, you will help shape HR strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.

You will be responsible for analyzing HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in HR practices. Your role will involve developing and implementing HR policies and programs that support employee development and retention. You will also play a key role in promoting Canonical's values and ensuring that diversity and inclusion are prioritized in all HR initiatives.
