Who you are

You have a strong background in B2B marketing with a focus on driving customer acquisition and engagement. Your project management skills are top-notch, allowing you to execute integrated marketing campaigns effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue goals. Your experience includes familiarity with platforms like WordPress and Drupal, which are essential for managing web content and campaigns. You are results-driven, always looking for ways to optimize marketing strategies and improve performance metrics. You can work independently in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and challenges. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience is part of your foundation.

Desirable

Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) programs is a plus, as is familiarity with digital and owned marketing channels. You may have worked with channel partners or in partner marketing, enhancing your ability to drive collaborative initiatives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive net new customer pipeline and bookings. You will plan, promote, and execute webinars from concept through post-event follow-up, ensuring that each event aligns with overall marketing objectives. Additionally, you will coordinate and manage in-person events, including conferences and trade shows, to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Your strategic mindset will help you identify opportunities for growth within the Commercial segment of the West Region of North America. You will analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximize impact. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key as you work to align marketing efforts with sales initiatives. You will also be responsible for reporting on campaign results and providing insights to inform future marketing strategies.
