What you'll do

In this role, you will contribute to defining campaign objectives and strategies that align with Oscar's overall marketing goals. You will work closely with the Associate Director of Product Marketing to support the development and execution of various marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include brief development, segment definition, and workflow development to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly.

You will be involved in copywriting for marketing materials, ensuring that the messaging is clear and engaging. Additionally, you will manage reporting and analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, providing insights that will inform future marketing strategies. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, allowing you to bring innovative ideas to the table.

Collaboration is key in this position, as you will work with various teams to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with product launches and other key initiatives. You will also participate in team meetings and events, contributing to a positive team culture and sharing your insights with colleagues.
