What you'll do
As a Software Engineer on the Monetization & Billing team, you will focus on improving Pantheon's core billing and packaging system. You will work with a variety of technologies, including custom Go services and a GraphQL gateway, to enhance the user experience and streamline payment processes. Your role will involve collaborating with multiple departments to ensure that the new systems meet the needs of both the company and its customers.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing new features that enhance the billing experience, as well as maintaining and optimizing existing systems. Your contributions will directly impact how users interact with Pantheonβs products, making it essential to understand user needs and technical requirements. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall quality of the codebase, ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the development process.
