Desirable

Familiarity with financial services or fintech applications is a plus, as is any experience with large language models (LLMs) or similar technologies. What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on leveraging advanced AI models to enhance Parafin's financial infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and execute initiatives that improve underwriting and risk modeling processes. Your responsibilities will include developing and deploying machine learning models, analyzing their performance, and iterating on solutions based on feedback and results. You will also engage with partners to understand their needs and ensure that the AI solutions you create align with their business objectives.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced engineers and data scientists, gaining insights into best practices in AI and machine learning. As you grow in your role, you will contribute to the development of innovative tools that simplify access to financial resources for small businesses. Your work will directly impact the success of our partners and their users, making a meaningful difference in the small business ecosystem.
