You have extensive experience in capital markets, particularly in small business lending, and a proven track record of building and scaling financial functions. Your background includes evaluating various financing solutions such as public and private securitizations, warehouse lines, and forward flows. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with finance, risk, and product teams to drive strategic initiatives. You possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the complexities involved in capital markets, underwriting, and compliance. You are adept at navigating the challenges of the financial landscape and are passionate about supporting small businesses through innovative financial solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be at the center of Parafin's financing strategy, responsible for building and scaling the capital markets function that supports our small business lending platform. You will evaluate and implement various financing solutions, working closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with our overall business objectives. Your responsibilities will include assessing market conditions, identifying potential funding sources, and developing strategies to optimize our capital structure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our lending products meet the needs of small businesses while adhering to regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our financing strategy, leveraging your expertise to drive growth and innovation within the organization.
