What you'll do
As a Data Scientist at Parafin, you will analyze data from various sources to assess the financial health of small businesses. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop data-driven solutions that enhance our financial tools. Your role will involve building predictive models that inform our funding strategies and improve customer experiences. You will also be responsible for conducting experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize our services based on user feedback.
You will work closely with partners to integrate data insights into their platforms, ensuring that our solutions are tailored to meet the needs of small business users. Your contributions will directly impact the growth and success of our clients, helping them access the financial resources they need. You will have the opportunity to present your findings to leadership and influence the strategic direction of our data initiatives.
What we offer
Parafin offers a competitive salary range of $240,000 to $300,000, along with equity grants. We provide comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as work-from-home flexibility.
