You have a strong background in finance with experience in strategic finance and cash management — you've successfully led financial planning initiatives and have a deep understanding of capital deployment strategies. Your analytical skills allow you to maximize margins and ensure efficient capital allocation, making you a key partner to leadership teams.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams — your ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly helps drive decision-making across the organization. You are proactive in identifying financial opportunities and challenges, and you have a track record of implementing effective solutions.
What you'll do
As the Finance Lead at Parafin, you will be responsible for developing and executing the financial strategy that supports our mission to empower small businesses. You will lead the financial planning process, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives. Your role will involve overseeing cash management activities, optimizing liquidity, and managing financial risks.
