What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for owning Parafin's end-to-end product experience. You will build and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's mission to support small businesses. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop and launch new financial products.

You will conduct user research to understand the needs of small businesses and translate those insights into actionable product features. You will also define success metrics and track product performance to ensure continuous improvement. Your strategic input will be crucial in laying down the product strategy and driving the overall vision for Parafin's offerings.
