Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create user-centered designs. You excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to bring high-impact features to life. Your expertise in Figma allows you to create scalable design systems that support rapid development while ensuring visual and interaction consistency across products. You are a strong advocate for user experience, always striving to create delightful interactions that empower users.

You are familiar with design QA processes and have experience working closely with engineers to ensure design fidelity in production. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to articulate design decisions and advocate for user needs effectively. Bonus points if you have experience with financial tooling or payments, as this will help you understand the unique challenges faced by eCommerce merchants.

What you'll do

As a Senior Product Designer at Parker Group Inc, you will own the design system that supports our core product verticals: Cards, Bill Pay, and Treasury. You will design end-to-end user experiences, from ideation and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and developer handoff. Your role will involve collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our design solutions meet user needs and business goals.

You will evolve Parker’s design identity by thoughtfully extending existing patterns rather than reinventing them. Establishing and maintaining scalable Figma libraries and documentation will be key to your success, allowing for efficient design iteration and collaboration across teams. You will advocate for user experience best practices and contribute to a culture of design excellence within the organization.
