Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create user-centered designs across web and mobile platforms. You are proficient in Figma and have a solid understanding of design systems and methodologies. Your experience includes conducting user research and usability testing, allowing you to validate design decisions effectively. You are passionate about leveraging AI and agentic design opportunities to enhance user workflows and experiences. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering and data teams to integrate insights into your designs. You are an excellent communicator, able to present your design rationale clearly to stakeholders and influence decision-making.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Designer at VTS, you will take ownership of the end-to-end design process, from research and discovery through prototyping, testing, and delivery. You will lead the design of features for one of our core product areas, focusing on complex leasing workflows and tenant engagement. You will run user research and discovery interviews to uncover unmet needs and validate your design decisions through usability tests and experiments. You will explore opportunities to integrate AI into workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure your designs meet user needs and business goals. You will contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and quality across all products. Your role will involve presenting your designs and rationale to stakeholders, gathering feedback, and iterating on your work to achieve the best outcomes for our users.
