What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer at Passage, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our platform that supports international students and refugees in pursuing their education. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features that enhance user experience and streamline processes. Your contributions will directly impact the lives of students and families, helping them unlock a world of possibilities. You will also be involved in code reviews and mentoring junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.

What we offer

At Passage, we offer a competitive salary ranging from CA $100,000 to CA $150,000 annually. You will work in a supportive and collaborative environment where your ideas and contributions are valued. We maintain an in-office working policy, requiring candidates to either reside in Toronto or be open to commuting into the office a few days a week.
