What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the Customer Success organization’s data and analytics strategy. You will lead the adoption of the enterprise data platform and ensure adherence to data governance frameworks. Your responsibilities will include overseeing data quality and literacy initiatives, as well as reporting on key metrics that drive business decisions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to improve customer experiences and outcomes. By fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making, you will help the organization achieve its strategic objectives and enhance its overall performance.
