Who you are

You have experience helping companies grow by providing execution at the intersection of analysis, growth strategy, and growth operations — you understand the business reasons behind existing processes and iterate to improve the outcomes you deliver. You are a strategic thinker who excels at pattern matching across disparate types and sets of information, and you are an excellent communicator. You approach your work with an understanding of how your contributions fit into the larger picture and how to make your work clearer and more easily consumed.

You have a strong background in business development, with a focus on identifying and prioritizing the most promising and impactful opportunities for Nava across all levels of government — Federal, State, and local. You help Nava compete by finding and evaluating partner companies and analyzing competitors, ensuring that your insights drive actionable strategies. Your experience with Salesforce allows you to customize reporting in response to user needs, keeping the pipeline up to date and relevant.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the growth operations of Nava by analyzing market trends and identifying potential partners that align with our mission to improve government services. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that our strategies are data-driven and effectively communicated. Your analytical skills will be crucial in evaluating competitors and understanding the landscape in which we operate.

You will also be responsible for maintaining and customizing our Salesforce CRM system, ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of our team and enhances our operational efficiency.
