Who you are

You have a strong background in compliance and auditing, particularly in BSA/AML and OFAC regulations. Your experience includes independently planning and executing complex, risk-based audits, demonstrating your ability to assess governance and control effectiveness across financial products and services. You possess deep financial-crimes expertise and are skilled in partner oversight, which allows you to navigate the complexities of embedded finance and Banking as a Service (BaaS).

Your analytical skills are top-notch, enabling you to leverage data-driven insights to influence senior stakeholders effectively. You understand the importance of clear communication and storytelling, which helps you translate complex findings into actionable recommendations. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to continuous improvement in compliance practices.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing audits with a primary focus on BSA/AML compliance and sanctions. You will assess the effectiveness of governance, risk management, and controls across Pathward’s products and services. Your work will involve developing actionable insights that drive improvements and influence decision-making at senior levels. You will also collaborate with various teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

You will be expected to maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism while conducting audits, ensuring that all findings are documented thoroughly. Your role will also involve staying updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to enhance Pathward’s compliance framework.
