Your experience with HRIS systems, particularly Workday, allows you to maintain the accuracy and integrity of people data effectively. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and share your findings in a compelling manner. Your attention to detail ensures that data accuracy is never compromised, and you are adept at balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
Experience with N8N is a plus, as it can enhance your ability to automate HR processes. You are comfortable working with various data analysis tools and have a knack for storytelling through data, making complex information accessible to stakeholders.
What you'll do
As an HR Analyst at Pattern, you will play a critical role in analyzing workforce trends and providing insights that support the company's People strategy. You will partner closely with HR Business Partners and Finance to optimize HR processes and ensure the integrity of our people data. Your responsibilities will include conducting data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement, collaborating with teams to implement data-driven solutions, and maintaining HRIS systems to ensure data accuracy. You will also be involved in reporting and presenting your findings to stakeholders, helping to shape HR initiatives that align with the company's growth objectives.
