What you'll do

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistics operations at our Hebron warehouse. You will manage a team of warehouse staff, ensuring that all processes are executed efficiently and safely. Your role will involve scheduling and coordinating night shifts from Sunday to Wednesday, ensuring that all operational targets are met.

You will analyze operational metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Collaborating with other departments, you will ensure that inventory levels are maintained and that shipments are processed in a timely manner. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that all team members are engaged and motivated.
