What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of software engineers, overseeing the development, release, and maintenance of software applications and systems. You will work cross-functionally with other roles and business teams to define and deliver SaaS software and services that meet customer needs. Your responsibilities will include guiding engineers through the planning, design, coding, delivery, and support phases, ensuring that the team adheres to best practices and standards.

You will own and continually improve the throughput and stability of product delivery, collaborating closely with the product team to align on priorities and objectives. Your role will also involve communicating and collaborating with internal teams and external partners on technical details, including API design and integration.

As a leader, you will train, develop, and retain top engineering talent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. You will be responsible for making day-to-day technical decisions that impact the team's success and the quality of the products delivered.
