Who you are
You have a strong background in accounting with a focus on financial processes — you understand the importance of accurate GL reconciliations and journal entries, and you thrive in environments where data integrity is paramount. Your experience includes managing comprehensive balance sheet and P&L reporting, ensuring that all financial records are meticulously maintained and compliant with regulations.
You are detail-oriented and possess a knack for problem-solving — you can identify discrepancies in financial data and take action to rectify them. Your analytical skills enable you to perform AP reconciliation and margin calculations effectively, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
You are a proactive communicator who collaborates well with cross-functional teams — you understand that financial accuracy is critical for driving business decisions and partner success. Your ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner makes you a valuable asset to any team.
Desirable
Experience with e-commerce financial processes or working in a fast-paced tech environment is a plus. Familiarity with proprietary technology and AI in financial reporting can set you apart.
What you'll do
As a Senior Accountant at Pattern, you will own the end-to-end financial processes, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported. You will be responsible for GL reconciliations, journal entries, and comprehensive balance sheet and P&L reporting, playing a critical role in driving financial accuracy and margin integrity.
You will conduct AP reconciliation and manage brand chargebacks, ensuring that all financial records reflect the true state of the company's finances. Your role will involve high-impact financial reporting, providing insights that will guide strategic decisions and support the company's growth objectives.
You will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure that financial processes align with overall business goals. Your contributions will help optimize and automate financial operations, leveraging data to drive efficiency and accuracy.
