What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer at Pattern, you will be part of a small, agile team focused on building and enhancing our ecommerce acceleration platform. You will leverage your expertise in AI and machine learning to develop solutions that optimize advertising, content management, logistics, and customer service for global brands.

You will work closely with the Pattern Creators team to build processes that directly impact revenue — your contributions will help brands maximize their influencer marketing efforts and streamline their ambassador programs. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable software solutions that can handle vast amounts of data and provide actionable insights.

Your role will involve collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ensure that our technology meets the needs of our users. You will participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to the overall technical direction of the team.
