You possess a deep understanding of machine learning models and their applications in real-world scenarios β your ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights sets you apart. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are driven by the desire to push boundaries and change the game in ecommerce.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of full-stack applications, ensuring that they align with the company's AI-first development vision. You will collaborate closely with product managers to translate their solution concepts into functional applications that enhance partner success. Your responsibilities will include mentoring junior engineers, guiding them in the latest technologies, and fostering a culture of innovation within the team.
You will also be involved in the technical integration of AI across various processes within the company, optimizing and automating ecommerce growth strategies for global brands. This includes working with over 46 trillion data points to enhance advertising, content management, logistics, pricing, and customer service. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of Pattern's ecommerce acceleration platform, which serves hundreds of global brands.
