Paytm is hiring a Senior Associate - KAM to drive business growth in Rajkot. You'll manage corporate accounts and sell payment solutions. This role requires 2-10 years of experience in sales and client management.
Job Description
Who you are
You have 2-10 years of experience in sales, particularly in managing corporate accounts and driving revenue growth. Your existing contacts with direct corporate merchants will be invaluable as you navigate the market dynamics and client requirements. You are self-motivated and capable of independently driving sales initiatives, ensuring a healthy sales funnel at all times.
You understand the importance of achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets and are skilled at identifying, developing, and executing deals quickly. Your strong understanding of client dynamics allows you to effectively pitch and sell Paytm's payment solutions, including EDC, DQR, and Sound box.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving business in your designated territory by selling Paytm's payment solutions to the organized segment. You will manage existing portfolios while also sourcing new clients, ensuring that you meet and exceed sales targets. Regular market visits will be part of your routine as you build and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
You will be expected to develop a robust sales pipeline, managing it month-over-month to ensure consistent growth. Your ability to connect with industry stakeholders will be crucial as you work to expand Paytm's reach and impact in the market.
