You have 9 to 12 years of experience in technical development, with at least 5 years in providing technical leadership for high-performance teams. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with business and product teams to understand requirements and drive design and architecture decisions. Your expertise in Java and Spring Boot allows you to influence technology choices effectively, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

You are a thought leader and mentor, capable of identifying architectural weaknesses and recommending appropriate solutions. Your experience with Micro Services Architecture enables you to build robust, scalable, and highly available systems. You are proactive in improving engineering and operational excellence, focusing on observability and manageability in your projects.

What you'll do

As an Engineering Manager at Paytm, you will lead a team of developers, guiding them through the successful delivery of projects. You will be responsible for developing detailed design structures and implementing best practices and coding standards. Your role will involve hands-on coding, design, and architecture, ensuring that the tech stack remains current and optimized for scale, cost, and performance.

You will collaborate closely with architects and the leadership team to migrate workloads to the public cloud, enhancing the overall efficiency of the systems.
