What you'll do
In this role, you will assist in gathering basic business requirements for Telco services, ensuring that the needs of the business are accurately captured and documented. You will support the documentation of functional specifications and user stories, which are crucial for the development and enhancement of products. You will learn and contribute to the product lifecycle of assigned services, gaining insights into how products evolve from conception to launch. Monitoring the performance and health of live Telco services will be a key responsibility, allowing you to identify areas for improvement and ensure optimal service delivery. You will assist in the initial investigation of operational issues and incidents, working closely with senior analysts to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
