You have a strong background in product management, ideally with 3+ years of experience in consumer-focused environments. You thrive on building clean, intuitive user experiences and enjoy diving into user problems to bring clarity to ambiguity. Your ability to collaborate closely with design and engineering teams allows you to ship impactful products that resonate with users. You are data-driven and have experience in defining and owning key product metrics such as activation, conversion, and retention rates. You understand the importance of user engagement and are skilled at validating hypotheses through user research and stakeholder engagement. You are passionate about simplifying complex processes into trustworthy product experiences that enhance user comprehension and satisfaction.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the strategy and defining the roadmap for Paytm Money’s Mutual Funds journey. You will translate business goals into clear user problems and actionable product plans, ensuring that the user journey is seamless from start to finish. Your strong e-commerce thinking will be crucial in improving funnels and conversions, as you work to enhance user comprehension throughout the investment process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data, compliance, and business units, to ship high-quality features that meet user needs. Engaging with users and stakeholders will be a key part of your role, as you gather insights to validate your product hypotheses. You will own key product metrics and drive data-backed experiments to continuously improve the user experience and product offerings.
