Paytm is seeking a Product Manager for their Paytm Money division to own the product lifecycle for broking and trading products. You'll collaborate with various teams to deliver user-focused digital products. This role requires a solid understanding of the broking ecosystem and trading platforms.

You have a solid understanding of the broking ecosystem, trading platforms, and capital markets — your hands-on experience in building scalable, user-focused digital products sets you apart. You are detail-oriented and passionate about delivering best-in-class investment and trading experiences. You thrive in an individual contributor role, taking ownership of the entire product lifecycle from strategy to execution.
You possess strong collaboration skills, enabling you to work effectively with technology, design, operations, compliance, and business teams. Your ability to conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and user behavior analysis allows you to identify growth and innovation opportunities. You are adept at translating customer and business needs into clear PRDs, wireframes, and user stories, ensuring that all features adhere to regulatory, risk, and compliance frameworks.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for broking and trading products across Equity, Derivatives, Commodities, ETFs, and related offerings. You will define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned with business and regulatory goals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will conceptualize and deliver impactful product features that enhance user experience.
You will conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for growth. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that all product features comply with regulatory standards and tracking product performance to drive continuous improvement. You will play a key role in shaping the future of Paytm Money's offerings, contributing to the company's mission of democratizing financial services for millions of users in India.
