What you'll do
As a Product Manager for AI Devices at Paytm, you will own the roadmap for AI-driven merchant conversations on our devices. You will drive the development of on-device LLM/SLM and hybrid cloud-edge intelligence, ensuring that our products deliver seamless interactions for merchants. Collaborating closely with engineering, research, and hardware teams, you will work to ship reliable AI experiences that are both efficient and effective.
You will define key metrics for model accuracy, conversation success, cost efficiency, and device performance, ensuring that our AI products meet the highest standards. Leading experimentation cycles, you will refine AI agent behavior to optimize merchant workflows and enhance user satisfaction.
