You possess a strong understanding of AWS and have experience in deploying applications in cloud environments. Your familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ, as well as caching solutions such as Redis, equips you to optimize performance and ensure reliability in your applications.

Your leadership skills shine through as you have successfully led teams of developers, motivating them to achieve project goals while maintaining high coding standards and best practices. What you'll do

As a Technical Lead at Paytm, you will be responsible for developing detailed design structures and implementing coding standards that ensure the quality and scalability of backend services.
