What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Lead at Paytm, you will be responsible for developing detailed design structures and implementing best practices and coding standards across your team. You will lead a group of developers, ensuring successful project delivery while remaining hands-on with coding and architecture. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

You will oversee the design and implementation of scalable backend systems, utilizing your expertise in Java, Golang, and AWS to create robust applications. Your experience with messaging systems like Kafka and RabbitMQ will be crucial in ensuring efficient data processing and communication between services.
