You have significant experience in product design, ideally with a focus on financial technology β you've led design teams and contributed to the development of user-centered products that simplify complex financial tasks. Your ability to collaborate with senior executives and translate complex issues for non-expert audiences sets you apart. You are comfortable presenting and defending your design decisions to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals. You thrive in environments that value trust, proactivity, and autonomy, and you are eager to make a meaningful impact on the daily lives of entrepreneurs.

Experience in a fast-growing startup environment is a plus β you understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with scaling design processes in a dynamic setting. Familiarity with financial software or services will help you navigate the specific needs of our users.
What you'll do
As the Product Design Manager at Pennylane, you will lead the design strategy for our financial operating system, ensuring it meets the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises. You will collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
