Your experience allows you to own the onboarding process from sales handoff through go-live, managing expectations and delivering results effectively. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs and ensuring that the solutions provided meet those needs effectively. You will manage the onboarding process, ensuring that customers transition smoothly from sales to implementation. This includes coordinating with various teams to address any blockers and facilitate a successful go-live experience. You will also play a crucial role in gathering feedback from customers to inform product development and improve service delivery.
Your responsibilities will include conducting training sessions for customers, helping them understand how to leverage PermitFlow's AI solutions to streamline their construction processes. You will work closely with the engineering and product teams to relay customer insights and advocate for enhancements that improve user experience. Additionally, you will monitor customer engagement and satisfaction, proactively addressing any issues that arise to maintain strong relationships.
